This Ravon User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Ravon application ("Ravon") provided by Ravonai. By downloading, installing, or accessing Ravon, you explicitly consent to these terms. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Ravonai. If you disagree with any part of it, refrain from using the app entirely. Note that Ravon may introduce new features or services over time, and your continued use implies acceptance of any related updates to this Agreement.
· Age Requirement: You must be at least 17 years old to use Ravon. This aligns with legal standards for entering into contracts and ensures users have the maturity to understand the implications of using our services.
· Legal Capacity: You confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. · Technical Interference: Attempt any actions that could harm Ravon's functionality, such as injecting malware, exploiting security vulnerabilities, or using automated bots to flood the system. Reverse - engineering the app's source code or circumventing access controls is also strictly prohibited.
· User Disruption: Engage in behavior that disrupts other users, like sending unsolicited messages, spamming discussion forums, or engaging in coordinated attacks against specific individuals or groups.
· Security Obligations: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Ravon account. This includes choosing a strong password (a combination of uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols), enabling two - factor authentication if available, and regularly updating your login credentials.

· Warranty Disclaimer: Ravon is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will be error - free, compatible with all devices, or operate without interruptions. Technical issues, server outages, or compatibility problems may occur, and we make no promises regarding the quality, performance, or accuracy of Ravon's features.
· Liability Limitation: Under no circumstances shall Ravonai be liable for direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ravon. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or emotional distress. Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for using Ravon (if applicable).
